Year in Review – League of Association Technologists

What an incredible first year for the League of Association Technologists! Our community has shown up with passion and expertise, democratizing access to technology guidance across the association sector. Together, we’ve connected hundreds of professionals, from seasoned tech leaders to emerging voices, creating a vibrant network where innovation meets collaboration. Built entirely on volunteer dedication, this foundation positions us for an even more impactful 2026.

Major Accomplishments

Launched Tech League as the new home for Ven-Con.

Evolved from a single event into a full community platform (techleague.org) dedicated to fostering collaboration among association technology vendors, consultants, and staff

Built essential infrastructure.

Established branding, launched techleague.org website, adopted a Commitment to Collaboration, and set strategic direction for 2026 with upcoming "Invest Wisely" webinar and expanded programming

Hosted successful hybrid programming.

Delivered both in-person events (April in Alexandria, VA) and virtual webinars, with 75% of attendees expressing strong interest in continuing both formats

Developed the Integration Bill of Rights.

Created and refined this groundbreaking framework through three public Town Halls (July, August, September), establishing clear expectations for responsible tech integrations

Expanded volunteer leadership.

Welcomed new Planning Committee members who participated in 2025 events, strengthening our leadership and broadening perspectives
