Starting The Conversation:
The first ever Ven-Con meeting was held in Alexandria where 28 vendors and consultants came together to share ideas and explore ways to improve the outcomes of technology projects for the association industry. Using a facilitated process, they identified key pain points in the selection and implementation process and conducted in depth discussion on the following key topics areas:
- Misalignment (between vendors, consultant and clients)
- Selection Hell – Pain Points and Possible Solutions
- Best Practices for Successful Technology Adoption
The day concluded with an invited panel of association C-level executives providing their insights on systems selection and implementation.
